An old-ish character I haven’t done a proper drawing of yet… Until now… :P

Her name is Vincentia (just came up with the name. lol), she’s an Edolepori (rabbit-eating monster) who was raised by a rabbit (I’ll let you think about how a rabbit raising a monster that can only eat rabbits worked. :^) ).

A jackalope with a beautiful (and feminine) voice that could be described as “angelic”, sadly his personality is the exact opposite. One of the rare monster children who are suddenly born into existence with no parents, stranded in the wilderness living by himself. Until one night, a tune attracted him and led him to a mortal practicing the piano. The two bonded over music (more like kid!Sopraan bonded WITH music, and the mortal bonded with him), and he was adopted into the mortal’s family. Sopraan visited their family business (some type of music shop) and continues to do so. Nowadays, however, it’s a bar run by their third great-grandkid.

He’s self-centered and a bit standoff-ish since he doesn’t really like mortals (despite being raised by one)…. or anyone in general…. He’ll tolerate people who want to listen to him perform, as long as they don’t bother him. He will not go out of his way to be rude to someone (he doesn’t have fun being a jerk), unless pushed. He may be easy to annoy, but he doesn’t get angry easily. He talks in a proper and sophisticated manner (so he doesn’t use much slang in his vocabulary), but if he’s really (and I mean REALLY) mad he can be vulgar.

As much as he loves music and is proud of his abilities, he isn’t the type to gloat about his abilities. If someone wants to play music with him, he won’t resist allowing them (just be good..). He’s not competitive, if you challenge him to see who’s the best you’ll just annoy him. He doesn’t care if one doesn’t like his sound, all that matters is that he enjoys it. Although, he’d be baffled at someone who doesn’t like music in general.

He doesn’t fight much, but his fighting ability is an extension of his singing skills. He is able to weaponize his singing and use them as attacks with his magic. High notes are his specialty, with his magic his voice can stun, echo-locate, manipulate objects and ground, hurt if they get really high, and even manifest his vocals to transform into arrows. He does not attack with instruments, to him that would be disrespectful to the instruments (be happy you’re not getting hit over the head with a guitar).

Not new characters, just old-ish characters that I’ve finally given names (and color schemes) to, may or may not tweak the colors for Mel’s clothes though… :P

Fondant is a Sugarbat Imp (if anyone remembers/knows, I shared another character with that “monster species”).

Made a reference sheet for Cane, since I needed some new examples.

Cane is a Sugarbat Imp monster, they love to eat anything sugary by using their tails to inject the sugar into their body. Not really a violent monster, but could be if provoked enough. The Sugar Rush forme is used mostly to intimidate (gotta get that sugar!) instead of attack.

More experimenting with background! Plus, experimenting with a different kind of shading style I want to offer in commissions.

This is Gekkaine, a summon-only monster (very convenient, i know), it looks like it barely eats but it eats a lot. They’ve got chainsaws attached to their arms (might even just be their arms? it’s a mystery)  that they use to tear open their target and eat their favorite part… guts, yum. P:

I’ve been wanting to draw this for a while and finally got to it! Was kinda hard figuring out how to draw the poses (mostly Spade) and angle in the way I wanted to, but I think I got it now.

Zephyr summons Spade for the first time, the start of a new friendship (as Zephyr calls it). :)
